Take a look at my image galleries to see a sampling of sights and places I explored that are featured in my book.

From doing fieldwork in freezing cold to blistering 110F desert heat searching for UFOs at Kingman. I was there!

Unfortunately these violations happen.  "Fair Use" claims is another area where copyright violations are frequent!

The U.S. Copyright office states: "In cases of willful infringement for profit, the U.S. Attorney may initiate a criminal investigation." Example: Subscription service  providing access to copyrighted work without owner authorization.

The U.S. Copyright office also states: "Uploading or downloading works protected by copyright without the authority of the copyright owner is an infringement of the copyright owner's exclusive rights of reproduction and/or distribution. Anyone found to have infringed a copyrighted work may be liable for statutory damages up to $30,000 for each work infringed and, if willful infringement is proven by the copyright owner, that amount may be increased up to $150,000 for each work infringed. In addition, an infringer of a work may also be liable for the attorney's fees incurred by the copyright owner to enforce his or her rights."

"FAIR USE" RULE IS NO EXCUSE FOR INFRINGEMENT OF U. S. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK

FORMAL COMPAINTS ARE FILED AND ENFORCEMENT PURSURED AGAINST VIOLATORS
